Terms of the Deposit:
Deposits are only accepted from qualified families. Once you place a deposit, it is non-refundable. The only reason for a refund is if your puppy should get injured or die while in our care. It is agreed that the deposit will be received through an approved method within 2 days. It is also understood that by ACCEPTING (via email) the health guarantee, you have been qualified and conversations about what is expected of each other is understood. Final payment will be sent within 3 days of your puppy’s delivery date unless you are coming here to pick it up. Adult size and temperament are not guaranteed.

Breeder’s Right of Refusal
The well-being of every Carsten’s Chihuahua puppy comes first. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a puppy placement at any time if I believe the home may not be the best fit for the puppy. Previous purchases, deposits, or applications do not guarantee approval for a future puppy. My goal is always to ensure each puppy is placed in a safe, loving, and lifelong home
