Once you have been approved and your deposit has been received, your puppy is reserved exclusively for your family.

At that point, the puppy is no longer available to other approved families, which is why all deposits are non-refundable. Before placing a deposit, please be sure you are ready to welcome a puppy into your home and have discussed the decision with everyone involved. My goal is for every puppy to be placed in a loving, committed forever home.
The only circumstance in which a deposit will be refunded is if your reserved puppy becomes seriously ill, is injured, or passes away while in my care.
Deposits must be received through an approved electronic payment method within two (2) business days of approval. By accepting the Health Guarantee via email and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have been approved, have reviewed the Health Guarantee, and understand our mutual expectations.
The remaining balance is due within five (5) days of your puppy's scheduled delivery date. If you are picking your puppy up in person, the final payment is due at the time of pickup.
