  • Pearl was born at Chi Idols and was selected to join our breeding program for her temperament, structure, and strong maternal instincts. She plays an important role in our long-term breeding goals focused on producing well-balanced, stable, and well-socialized Chihuahuas.

  • Pearl is an affectionate, people-oriented girl who enjoys staying close to her humans and receiving regular attention and petting. 
  • She also has a playful, observant personality. One of her most recognizable behaviors is collecting extra treats and carefully burying them for later. She will often return to check her hiding spots, as if keeping track of her own little “treasure system,” which is both entertaining and consistent in her daily behavior.
  • On occasion, she will also bring treats or small items to people or other dogs, appearing very pleased with herself as she shares or presents what she has found.

​Pearl’s daily routine is calm, social, and companionship-focused.

My name is CH-PC Carsten's Treasured Black Pearl.  I was named for the cute black spots on my fur.  I love playing with my toys and chew treats and showing them off to everyone.  Everyone calls me Pearl, and so can you.  I think this is a fun place to live, with all the toys and treats around.  I enjoy a good antler to chew and snuggling after a game of chase outside.  I earned my prominent championship title in September 2025.
