Terms of the Deposit:
Deposits are only accepted from pre-qualified families. Once you place a deposit, it is non-refundable. The only reason for a refund is if your adult dog should get injured or die while in our care. It is agreed that the deposit will be received through an approved method within a defined timeframe. The purpose of the deposit is that we are promising to care and hold your adult dog and keep you informed of its health and you are promising to bring it home at the pre set time it is ready to leave our care. Your final payment should be sent within 3 days of delivery date unless you are coming here to pick it up.
