Terms of the Deposit:
Deposits are only accepted from qualified families. Once you place a deposit, it is non-refundable. The only reason for a refund is if your puppy should get injured or die while in our care. It is agreed that the deposit will be received through an approved method within 2 days. It is also understood that by ACCEPTING (via email) the health guarantee, that you have been qualified and conversations about what is expected of each other is understood. Final payment shall be received within 3 days of your puppy’s delivery date unless you are coming here to pick it up. Adult size and temperament are not guaranteed.
